What You Need
To do a shared branching transaction you will need:
1. photo identification (driver’s license, state id)
2. your full account number (if you aren’t sure of it, call us)
3. the shares affected (see a listing below)
4. our credit union’s name
In your credit union, members pool their funds to help one another in a cooperative way. As a shareholder, you are entitled to borrow and utilize the services which other members help make possible for you.

All checks deposited via shared branching outlets will have check holds based on what kind of check it is.
CHECK DEPOSITS
The following is a listing of the type and length of hold your check deposit will have.
IMMEDIATE CHECKS
(no hold)
• US Treasury Checks
• US Postal Money Orders
• State or Local Government checks
• Payroll checks (computer generated)
Payroll Checks must have corresponding paystub to get immediate credit
LOCAL CHECKS
(3 day hold)
• Cashier Checks
• Official checks
• Teller checks
• Personal checks
• Money orders
• Traveler’s checks
